Office Hours

Office staff are present Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Providers may also schedule appointments on evenings and weekends.  At other times, our answering service will answer calls for urgent or emergent issues only.  Please note that most refill requests should be directed to your phamacy's automated service which will then fax us the request.  All other refill requests should be called in during office hours only.  Please allow 48-72 hours for refill requests excluding weekends and holidays.
